Procurement Operations Coordinator - 3 Month Contract
Job summary
A recruitment services provider in Singapore seeks to hire a candidate for administrative support in procurement. This role involves processing purchase requests, providing essential administrative assistance, and ensuring documentation is complete. Candidates should have a degree or diploma and ideally some procurement experience, but motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This position is a 3-month contract with 42 hours of work per week, offering a chance to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Basic procurement experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fast learner, efficient, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Process Quick Purchasing / Invitation to Quote for staff with basic procurement knowledge.
- Provide administrative support for procurement team.
- Review online purchase requests and direct them appropriately.
- Consolidate purchase requests and coordinate with Finance.
- Assist in following up on missing documents.
