Job summary

A prominent recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage financial operations and budget oversight. The role requires a diploma or degree in Business or Finance and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities include processing financial transactions, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and sourcing suppliers. Contract Duration: 6 Months + 6 Months

Location: Central

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Accurately process financial transactions and payments in a timely manner.
  • Budget Management: Oversee daily budget operations, audits, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Source suppliers via GeBIZ and manage procurement processes (quotations, invitations to quote, purchase orders). Liaise with contractors and vendors, ensuring smooth contract administration.
  • Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance systems and optimize budget evaluation processes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently.
