Job Scope
Provides integrated IT support, multimedia/AV services, and office facilities coordination to support daily operations, events, and workplace infrastructure.
Multimedia/PR
- Provide video filming support of quarterly events and talks (e.g., requests from ESD/LRD/BSSD) – 1 day per event, 4 times in 6 months.
- Video editing using Adobe Premiere (3-5 days per video, 4 times in 6 months).
- Provide ad hoc setup for projector and video conferencing equipment in meeting rooms.
- Weekly update of data on the Group’s Intranet (SharePoint online platform Habitat).
- Monthly and quarterly updates of data on presentations using PowerPoint for entrance display.
IT Support
- Weekly update of data using Excel and Outlook application.
- Verification and updating of CMDB data with Excel for new IT laptops or accessories (backlog requires about 5 working days to complete).
- Daily IT support for the loaning/collection of IT equipment (e.g., clean notebooks, BIM, spare notebooks, pointers, projectors, VC equipment, PSM thumb drives) by updating loan status in form.sg.
- Monthly security patching for notebooks (3 working days per month).
- Maintenance of meeting rooms’ IT equipment and peripheral (1 working day per month).
- Provide daily support during Tech Refresh process (e.g., transporting monitors and accessories to workstations starting Mar 26).
- Daily bring staff with IT hardware/software issues, bring new staff and resigned staff to IT Clinic.
Office Reconfigurations
- Work with OIC on office renovations daily (e.g., give access to office area during renovation period estimated 3 months) and monitor contractors’ progress, coordinate with other team on network points, management of electrical.
- Work with OIC on asset related items (to purchase, dispose, transfer physical assets).
- Work with OIC to address queries from staff on facilities/maintenance issues and follow up to rectify.
- Any other ad hoc tasks of shifting furniture, equipment.
Requirements
- Temp staff who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Have effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal skills with passion for service delivery.
- IT and video editing skills will be a good-to-have.
Working Arrangement
Mon to Thurs: 8.30 am to 6 pm
Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
