Job summary
A reputable MNC in Singapore is seeking a customer service specialist who can handle inquiries, process orders, and manage export documentation. The ideal candidate should have a diploma/degree, at least 2 years of experience, and strong communication skills. This role offers a full-time position from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a basic salary plus AWS and bonuses.

- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare and process quotations and orders promptly.
- Ensure accurate entry of Sales and Purchase Orders in the system.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and freight forwarders for timely deliveries.
- Manage export documentation as needed.
- Issue invoices for completed orders.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
