Job summary
A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role focused on managing cleanroom production processes. Responsibilities include overseeing daily production purchases and inventory, updating ISO documentation, and troubleshooting machines. Candidates should have a secondary education or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a cleanroom environment. The position may require overtime and a rotating shift schedule.
Qualifications
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment (wear jumpsuit).
- Able to lead, train and coach team members.
- Willing to learn and participate from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule.
- Clean and troubleshoot production machines.
- Update ISO documentation and records.

- Knowledge in GMP and cleanroom operations will be an added advantage.

- Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines
- Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse
- Create, maintain and update the SAP system
- ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
- Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
- Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule
- Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management
