Candidates should have 7-10+ years of experience in investment management and a strong track record of successful deals. This role involves evaluating opportunities, executing transactions, and overseeing portfolio performance. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools, along with strong leadership abilities.

- Lead the firm’s investment strategy and decision-making.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and execute transactions.
- Oversee portfolio performance in line with investment mandates.

Responsible for leading the firm’s investment strategy, investment decision-making, and portfolio management activities. The role serves as a senior investment professional under the VCFM framework, with substantive responsibility for evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and overseeing portfolio performance in accordance with the firm’s investment mandate and applicable MAS regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's (MBA) highly preferred; CFA charter valuable.
- Experience:7-10+ years in investment management, private equity, venture capital, or asset management, with a track record of successful deals.
- Leadership:Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and mentor staff.
- Analytical & Technical:Strong financial modeling, valuation, risk analysis, and deep understanding of various asset classes (equity, fixed income, alternatives).
- Market Knowledge:Expertise in capital markets, investment strategies, and financial reporting.
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Tools:Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and other financial software.
