Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for 2 dynamic and result-oriented Course Consultanta to join our team. As a Programme Consultant, you will be responsible for providing programme guidance and support to potential students in selecting and enrolling in the right courses to meet their educational and career goals.

• Follow up on leads and enquiries about our course over the phone and via Whatsapp.
• Meet or exceed student enrollment targets and quotas by effectively promoting and marketing these programmes to potential students.
• Provide learners with detailed information about the courses and programs available, including their content, requirements, and outcomes.
• Assist learners with the enrollment process, including helping them complete application forms, submit transcripts, and pay fees.
• Maintain regular communication with learners and respond to their queries about their courses or programs, and provide guidance and support throughout their learning journey with Aventis.
• Conceptualize, support and participate in marketing campaigns, recruitment and corporate outreach activities

Requirements

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales and customer service abilities, and a keen understanding of educational programs.

• Diploma/Degree Holders (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Passion in education and training industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders, trainers and learners about the value of the educational programmes.
• Ability to build interpersonal relationships in order to collaborate with others, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong time management skills, such as the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
