Job summary

A global IT service provider based in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead the modernization of Corporate Lending and CASA systems. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT delivery management experience in banking or financial services, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Core Banking systems. This role offers the opportunity to mentor teams and engage with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery management, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking systems, especially in Corporate Lending and CASA domains.
• Proven experience leading BA and Architecture teams in large-scale transformation programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of modernization efforts for Corporate Lending, CASA, and Deal Management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor BA and Architecture teams to ensure alignment with business and technical goals.
• Define and track delivery milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee vendor, technology, business and partner engagements, ensuring contractual obligations and SLAs are met.
• Oversee technical planning, integration strategies, and risk mitigation across legacy and target platforms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and performance standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums on delivery progress and challenges.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery management, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking systems, especially in Corporate Lending and CASA domains.
• Proven experience leading BA and Architecture teams in large‑scale transformation programs.
• Hands‑on knowledge of system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with third‑party vendors and managing offshore/onshore delivery models.
• Experience working with Temenos, FIS ACBS, Finacle, Flexcube products.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent understanding of the solution design and vendor management.
• Excellent understanding of the Agile development methodologies.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence and drive change in complex environments.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master are highly preferred.
