Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities include managing client and stakeholder relations, overseeing budgets, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should have experience driving project execution from inception to completion and mentoring teams. Responsibilities
- Manage client relations, consultants, and government stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
- Monitor timelines, construction progress, and critical path activities.
- Lead end-to-end project execution for large-scale construction.
- Drive site performance, quality control, and risk management.
- Ensure safety compliance and lead incident investigations.
- Mentor and evaluate site team performance with clear KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and environmental standards.
