Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager for Plumbing and Sanitary installation works. The candidate will oversee the team, resolve engineering issues, manage project costs, and facilitate communication with various stakeholders. Experience in construction project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall lead, supervise & manage the team for Plumbing & Sanitary installation works and construction project.
• Resolve engineering issues.
• Attend meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, clients, consultant, and authority.
• Submit reports.
• Attend inspections with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority.
• Prepare progress claims to main contractor / client & attend meetings.
• Prepare & certify progress claims of sub contractor & suppliers.
• Manage project cost for the assigned project.
