Project Coordinator jobs in Singapore

As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and development of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will be based at the Changi East Project Office, the site of the future Terminal 5 building.

In this position, you will project manage and coordinate cybersecurity design development and implementation for Operational Technology (OT) systems in Changi East projects. You will be involved in all project phases from planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning through to handover for operations of OT systems. You will have to work closely with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure that projects meet stakeholder requirements and are completed on time, within budget and of the highest quality.

• A good degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a relevant specialization of study.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in developing and delivering OT cybersecurity implementation projects and involvement in the full project delivery lifecycle for OT systems.
• Have at least one internationally recognized cyber security certification, such as CISSP, CISM, ISA/IEC 62443 or equivalent qualification.
• Must have deep working experience in at least 3 of the following work activities:
• Project delivery and/or maintenance of CII systems
• Cybersecurity by design
• Cybersecurity threat risk modeling and risk management
• Cybersecurity implementation
• Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing
• Related cybersecurity project activities
• Good knowledge of OT systems, system development, database and information systems, HMI design, computer networking and/or integrating with OT endpoints.
• Experience in systems such as Command and Control systems, Internet-of-Things systems, Building Automation Systems, SCADA systems, and other integrated control and monitoring systems will be an advantage.
• Working experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Manage meeting platforms with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and drive discussions to reach common consensus for projects to progress.
• Able to communicate ideas, issues and solutions effectively in meetings and presentations.
• Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management skills.
• Good team player and able to handle fast paced projects.
• Self-motivated, driven and analytical with good written and verbal communication skills.

This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
