A leading renovation company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee renovation and refurbishment works. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in facilities management or related fields. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, ensuring quality, and conducting inspections on-site. Proficiency in software like AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required. The role demands long working hours, making flexibility essential.
Manage renovation, refurbishment, and reinstatement works.
Ensure all projects and tasks are completed within the given timeline.
Conduct quality and quantity checks on renovation projects.
Perform regular site visits to outlets for inspections and follow-up.
Manage project budgets and ensure expenditures are well justified.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Interior Design, or Building Construction related field.
Strong knowledge of local fit-out regulations, Statutory Board requirements, and Building Management standards.
Experience in retrofitting works and M&E works will be an advantage.
Good Microsoft Office literacy: Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other drawing software will be an advantage.
Willingness to perform long and odd working hours.
