Qualifications

Job description

• Oversee and keep track of project progress and identify possible delay events with mitigations solution such as re-sequencing of work etc
• Lead the construction team for all site activities
• Plan ahead and lead /coordinate all subcontractors
• Coordinate with Site Safety Team to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
• Review and comment subcontractor’s construction plans and programs
• Present to Client and Consultants for weekly report, site progress and planning
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants to resolve site issues

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture/ Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent
• At least 15 years of relevant site experience for building projects with structural steel and precast, inclusive of projects with similar scale & complexity
• Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices
• Candidate who experience in the construction/management of the following is preferred
• 50m lap pool of more than 1.2m depth
• local experience with deep excavation (6m or more)
• long span structural steel (30m or more)
• pedestrian Overhead Bridge
• projects along water courses, including waterways or water bodies
• sport and recreation facilities and/or institution projects
