Job summary
A multinational organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers. The ideal applicant should have at least GCE 'O' Level with 2-4 years of related working experience, particularly with knowledge in PSA Portnet and Haulier systems. Responsibilities include planning daily activities, job assignment, monitoring jobs' progress, and handling drivers' feedback effectively.

- Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers.
- Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently.
- Assign jobs to drivers through PSA Haulier Community System.
- Monitor and track jobs progress to ensure all assignments are timely.
- Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement in real time.
- Handle drivers’ feedback and problems efficiently.
- Process documentations through PSA Portnet System.
- Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online.
- Coordinate closely with customer service for trucking.
- Communicate with Operation Asst Manager for resource maximization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online
- Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer’s trucking
- Communicate closely with Operation Asst Manager to improve and maximize company’s resources
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2-4 years related working experience
- Knowledge in Port of Singapore Authority Portnet and Haulier is a must
