Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to replenish healthcare supplies at a hospital. The role involves checking received goods for accuracy, handling inventory management functions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Ideal candidates should be proactive as they will also assist in pick and pack activities, loading/unloading goods, and other assigned tasks. The contract duration is for one year, with a salary of $2175/month.
Responsibilities
- Replenishment of healthcare supplies at hospital’s site.
- Checking and inspecting goods received to ensure they meet specifications.
- Manage pick and pack activities effectively.

- Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type and acceptable quality
- Handle general pick and pack activities in and at hospital’s site
- Loading and unloading of goods at hospital’s site
- Update replenishment activities in management system
- Perform good housekeeping according to 5S & 7S in and at hospital’s site
- Comply with standard operating procedures
- Comply with health, safety and environment rules
- Ensure the safety of pharmaceutical products when in transportation, redressing and storage according to GMP, Good Documentation Practice, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
- Perform inventory management related functions such as monitoring slow moving inventory, maintenance of PAR stock levels & movements to ensure optimum level of stock and reporting
- Required to move around all areas at hospital’s site; to perform stacking of goods
- Other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/manager
