Responsibilities

• Replenishment of healthcare supplies at hospital’s site
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type and acceptable quality
• Handle general pick and pack activities in and at hospital’s site
• Loading and unloading of goods at hospital’s site
• Update replenishment activities in management system
• Perform good housekeeping according to 5S & 7S in and at hospital’s site
• Comply with standard operating procedures
• Comply with health, safety and environment rules
• Ensure the safety of pharmaceutical products when in transportation, redressing and storage according to GMP, Good Documentation Practice, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
• Perform inventory management related functions such as monitoring slow moving inventory, maintenance of PAR stock levels & movements to ensure optimum level of stock and reporting
• Required to move around all areas at hospital’s site; to perform stacking of goods
• Other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/manager
