Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, transportation arrangements, and tracking.
• Plan and manage the full shipping process across air, sea, and land, optimizing routes and consolidating cargo.
• Handle documentation such as customs papers, bills of lading, and insurance certificates.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, perform basic data entry, and support reporting for process improvements.
• Liaise with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve shipment delays, damages, or customs issues.
• Support new logistics initiatives and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise and train logistics staff.
• Standardize processes and ensure continuous improvement.
• Set KPIs and evaluate team performance.
• Oversee whole logistics division.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level and at least 4 years of logistics or freight forwarding experience.
• Proficient in logistics software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs procedures, and supply chain operations.
• Advantageous: Ship-handling experience, forklift license, Class 2/3/4 driving license.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
