Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping documentation, or customer service.
• Good knowledge of local/international shipping procedures and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipment planning and delivery scheduling.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and transporters for timely shipment.
• Provide logistics support to the sales and operations teams.
• Handle customer inquiries related to delivery status and shipment discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and update the system for stock movement.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes.
