We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Interior Design Sales Consultants, focusing on commercial renovation and fit-out projects. This is a high-commission role with flexible working hours, ideal for those with a strong background in office, retail, or F&B interior works.

Job Type:

• Full-Time/Hybrid

• Basic Salary + High Commission Scheme – Our earnings model is designed to be above industry standards, with no income cap. The more you close, the more you earn.

• Vehicle Support – Candidates holding a valid Singapore driving license may be eligible for a company vehicle upon confirmation.

• Take full ownership of the sales process from lead generation to project handover

• Meet with clients, understand their renovation needs, and provide customized solutions

• Coordinate with internal project and design teams to ensure smooth execution

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the renovation or interior design industry (residential or commercial) in Singapore is required. This is a mandatory requirement – experience in either residential or commercial projects will be considered.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and coordinate across teams.

• Ability to handle the full sales cycle – from initial consultation to handover.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).

• Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and M&E plans is a strong advantage.

• Possession of a valid Singapore driving license is preferred.
