The ideal candidate will possess a relevant bachelor's degree, proven procurement experience, and proficiency in Microsoft tools. - Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role is required.
- Strong sense of risk awareness and confidentiality essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage the PO process from creation through approval.
- Verify POs against quotations and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to review terms and conditions.

- Manage the PO process from creation through approval, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely execution.
- Verify POs against quotations and liaise with partners, distributors, and end customers to resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Legal) to review non-standard terms and conditions of the PO.
- Initiate local subsidiary stock/loan applications for review and approval when necessary.
- Continuously monitor and improve PO management processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of risk awareness and confidentiality.
- Ability to work rigorously and carefully, with a high level of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
