Job description
  • Manage the PO process from creation through approval, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely execution.
  • Verify POs against quotations and liaise with partners, distributors, and end customers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Legal) to review non-standard terms and conditions of the PO.
  • Initiate local subsidiary stock/loan applications for review and approval when necessary.
  • Continuously monitor and improve PO management processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong sense of risk awareness and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work rigorously and carefully, with a high level of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
