A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Learning and Development to support HR operations. The role involves implementing Learning and Development plans that align with organizational goals. You will manage onboarding programs for new hires, perform learning needs analysis, and maintain learning systems. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, has good interpersonal skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. You will support the HR Learning and Development operations within SingHealth Community Hospitals and play a vital role in implementing Learning and Development plans, programmes, policies and procedures to ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to organisational goals and objectives.
You will be involved in managing fundamental programmes for new hires, support the annual learning needs analysis exercise, deployment of learning plans, maintenance of learning systems, preparation of learning reports and payments and any other duties assigned.
