Job summary

A leading casino and entertainment company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to manage surveillance operations. The successful candidate will ensure the integrity of casino games, investigate complaints, and maintain security by using advanced surveillance techniques. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age as required by the Regulatory Authority.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar field.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive surveillance through CCTV of all casino operations.
• Investigate complaints and queries in a timely manner.
• Observe, record and report on casino and surveillance operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct proactive surveillance throughCCTV of all casino related operations to ensure the integrity of the games, the safety and security of our guests, team members and company assets are maintained.
2. Investigate complaints/queries in a timely manner.
3. Observe, record and report on all matters relating to the casino and surveillance operations.
4. Conduct analytical reviews related to gamingoperations and document findings for management review.
5. Ensure the security of the gamingoperations is maintained through the usage of Surveillance equipment and techniques.
6. Abide by the department’s policies and procedures at all times.

Job Requirements

• Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similarfield.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full compliance with the Company’s polices and SOPs at all times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
