The successful candidate will ensure the integrity of casino games, investigate complaints, and maintain security by using advanced surveillance techniques. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age as required by the Regulatory Authority.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar field.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive surveillance through CCTV of all casino operations.
• Investigate complaints and queries in a timely manner.
• Observe, record and report on casino and surveillance operations.
