Job Description :
* Assist in all the daily administrative work include duly issue of invoices, quotation, collection of payment, official receipt, commission vouchers, filling etc.
* Responsible for filing of accounting documents
* Prepare claims and reimbursements
* Assist in preparation of payment/petty cash vouchers
* Assist in preparing and generating monthly management financial reports and supporting documents
* Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
* Maintain and upkeep accounting document and records to comply with ISO system
* Handle accounting and clerical tasks that contributes to office efficiency
* Maintain up to date stock records
* Monitoring daily film cutting, update installation form against sales invoices
* Follow-up on overdue accounts
* Assist in maintain ISO system
* Responsible to ensures that office facilities and equipment are appropriately maintained
Job Requirement :
* Knowledge of accounting procedures
* Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks Pro preferred)
* Proficient in data entry
* Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
* A good team player
* Reliable, neat and organized, fast learner
* Accuracy is essential with good attention to detail
