Sales Executive (Fresh Produce)
Up till $3500 Basic + $300 Monthly Transport Allowance + Monthly Incentives + Variable Bonus
5.5 days work week: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm and Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm or 12.30pm to 6pm
Responsibilities
- A field sales role that builds market presence across multiple customer segments through relationship building, pipeline development, and revenue achievement.
- B2B Sales — FMCG distributors, hotels, restaurants, F&B chains
- Wet Market Channel — Mom-and-pop stores, traditional retailers, market stalls
- Account Management — Customer retention, upselling, relationship building
- Identify and qualify prospects across target segments
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns
- Maintain healthy pipeline with 3x coverage ratio
- Track all activities in CRM system
- Develop portfolio of mom-and-pop stores and market stalls
- Build relationships with traditional retailers
- Adapt sales approach for smaller-scale customers
- Manage high-volume, lower-value transactions efficiently
- Build trusted partnerships with key accounts
- Conduct regular account reviews
- Resolve issues proactively with operations support
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Execute sales strategy and close deals
- Aim to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Forecast accurately based on pipeline analysis
- Collaborate with operations on demand planning
Requirements
- 2 years as a Sales Executive, with hands-on experience in sales and marketing strategies and tactics in Fresh Produce
- Experience in FMCG distribution, hotels, restaurants, or F&B chains; knowledge of the local vegetable / F&B / FMCG market preferred (Fresh Produce)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Existing network with restaurants, hotels, or wet market clients
