Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop loyalty programmes and manage marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in related fields and 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing. Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus. This is a 12-month contract role with a salary of up to $4,800 per month.

- Familiarity with graphic tools is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute loyalty and retention marketing initiatives.
- Design and implement MarTech-enabled customer journeys.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns.

Location: Central (Near MRT). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM. Duration: 12-month contract (Sep 2025 – Aug 2026). Salary: Up to $4,800 per month (Based on experience).

- Develop and execute loyalty and retention marketing initiatives.
- Design and implement MarTech-enabled customer journeys to enhance digital engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to roll out marketing campaigns.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Manage tagging and deployment of marketing assets across digital channels.
- Conduct market research to uncover insights on trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Organise and support events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Track, analyse, and optimise marketing campaign performance.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Communications, or New Media.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with graphic tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is advantageous.
