Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Retail Operation Executive to manage watch purchasing, customer inquiries, and inventory. The role requires relevant experience in watch authentication and a background in luxury retail. The candidate must handle various operational tasks while supporting sales and marketing initiatives. This full-time role includes working weekends and public holidays with a competitive salary range of $2,500–$3,500. The work environment is dynamic with opportunities to engage in administrative tasks and liaise with support teams.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in watch authentication, valuation, or appraisal preferred.
- Hands-on experience in a pawn shop or luxury retail environment is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries.
- Manage servicing, repairs, and inventory maintenance.
- Assist with watch authentication and documentation.
