The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase is pivotal in advancing the firm's data and analytics capabilities, ensuring strong adherence to data & AI risk & control while enabling the data & analytics strategy for superior decision-making and business outcomes to serve our clients and markets. By leveraging data & AI/ML, the CDAO develops innovative solutions to support commercial goals, enhance productivity, and manage risks.

The Asia Pacific Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at J.P. Morgan is a strategic function that embeds data and AI at the core of business decision-making across the APAC business and functions. It advances the firm's data and analytics strategy, platforms, solutions, capabilities, and governance to deliver trustworthy, responsible, innovative, and commercially value outcomes across the region.

The Transformation and Program Management Office - Vice President role within JPMorgan Chase's Chief Data & Analytics Office is responsible to manage a portfolio of strategic programs, and ensuring effective governance and change management across the firm.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation and Program Management Officer, will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CDAO, ensuring seamless execution of organizational priorities and be pivotal in orchestrating executive operations, fostering cross-functional collaboration, communication, and driving initiatives that align with the organization's Data & AI strategy. The ideal candidate is a high-caliber individual with exceptional organizational acumen, execution excellence, stakeholder engagement, communication, and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of strategic program plans that align APAC CDAO initiatives with regional business goals and global priorities.
  • Oversee daily executive operations, including agenda setting for leadership meetings, board preparations, and performance tracking. Streamline processes to enhance efficiency across the organization
  • Provide regular progress updates and strategic insights to senior leadership, optimizing organizational focus and accountability.
  • Lead, support, or coordinate high-impact initiatives, such as AI adoption programs, data governance frameworks, or cross-departmental collaborations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams (e.g., engineering, policy, legal) and external partners (e.g., government agencies, vendors, industry leaders). Facilitate communications, resolve conflicts, and represent the CDAO in meetings as needed
  • Measure and report on portfolio performance and metrics, ensuring alignment with the with the organization's overall objectives
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations using data-driven insights. Track KPIs related to AI initiatives and organizational performance.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments, such as organizing AI summit, hackathons, evaluating or researching on new data & AI technologies, solutions, or supporting data and AI culture & change programs across businesses and functions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in transformation, program management, strategy, or leading complex projects and programs in large organizations
  • Proven expertise in planning, project management, and executive communication.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business problems and translate them into actionable data initiatives.
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives.
  • Ability to drive reporting and projects individually and collaboratively with cross-organizational teams.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and comfortable operating without a specific mandate.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in APAC.
  • Experience in AI, data analytics, or technology-driven roles in a similar capacity is preferred
