We are looking to hire a Store Manager to lead day‑to‑day retail operations, drive store performance, and create a strong customer experience. This role suits someone who is hands‑on, data‑driven, and passionate about delivering results through people and process.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to meet sales and service targets.
  • Track and analyse sales KPIs to provide weekly insights and action plans.
  • Maintain store standards, stock management, and basic visual merchandising.
  • Work with marketing and operations teams for promotions, POSM, and traffic‑driving initiatives.
  • Manage roster planning, staff performance, and store administration.
  • Handle escalations and ensure high service standards.
  • Optional scope: support events, in‑store activations, or VM projects.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of retail experience.
  • Managerial or supervisory experience strongly preferred — ability to lead a team independently.
  • Analytical, data‑driven, comfortable with numbers (sales tracking, KPI monitoring, daily/weekly reporting).
  • Operationally strong - able to run store operations end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
  • Driven and proactive - takes initiative, not reactive; able to spot problems early and close loops.
  • Experience in events, visual merchandising, or mall coordination is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with POSM, store traffic drivers and promotions is a plus.
