Treasury Marketing Head (Banking) - Ethel T.

Our client, a well-established bank is looking to fill the role of Treasury Marketing Head.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and client acquisition targets.
2. Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, institutional, and private banking clients by providing tailored treasury solutions.
3. Work closely with the dealing room and product teams to structure customized solutions based on clients' risk profiles and business needs.
4. Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide timely market insights and advisory to clients.
5. Foster strong collaboration with Relationship Managers, Corporate Banking, and Private Banking teams to support cross-selling efforts.
6. Conduct client training, seminars, and product briefings to deepen relationships and product understanding.
7. Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements in all client dealings.
8. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the Treasury Marketing team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) would be advantageous.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in treasury marketing, sales, or advisory within banking or financial institutions.
3. Strong knowledge of treasury products, financial markets, and derivatives.
4. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
