Responsibilities

• Develop, draft and edit high-impact press releases, newsletters, corporate announcements, executive speeches, and presentations to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Uphold the company’s brand guidelines and tone across all communication materials.
• Serve as a liaison for media inquiries, building relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Assist in organizing press conferences, media interviews, and PR events to enhance corporate visibility.
• Monitor media coverage, analyse trends, and prepare reports on PR performance and sentiment.
• Manage internal communication channels, including intranet updates, email broadcasts, and digital signage.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, such as town halls, leadership messages, and internal campaigns.
• Ensure timely and transparent dissemination of key organisational updates.
• Implement rapid response protocols and unified messaging during sensitive situations to protect reputation.
• Interview donors and beneficiaries to gather insights, while conducting market research to optimise strategies.
• Align messaging across departments and track communication timelines to support organisational goals.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• 2 years of relevant experience, especially in communications, branding, or marketing roles
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri - 9.00am to 6.00pm
