Job summary
A retail company in Singapore is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to attend to customer needs regarding car accessories, achieve sales targets, and ensure efficient POS operation. The role requires weekend availability and prior experience in retail sales is preferred. Competitive salary ranges from $2500 to $3500, plus commission.
Qualifications
- Able to commit working on weekends.
- Experience in Automotive Accessories Retail Sales or Electronic Gadgets is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers' needs and enquiries on car accessories products.
- Strive to achieve and exceed personal and store sales target.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with Logistics Department to fulfill orders.
- Respond to phone, online, and email queries.
- Provide guidance to customers after installation.
- Arrange installation appointments based on customer requirements.
Skills
5 days, 9am-6pm including Sat (off-day on Sunday and weekday)
Salary: $2500-$3500 + Commission
Location: 11 Fourth Lok Yang Rd, Singapore 629708
- Attend to customers' needs and enquiries on car accessories products ·

- Liaise with Logistics Department to fulfill walk in and online customers orders.
- Attend phone queries, online platform enquiries and email.
- Provide guidance and assist customers after car accessories installed.
- Arrange installation appointment with customers installation requirements.
- Able to commit working on weekends
- Experience in Automotive Accessories Retail Sales or Electronic Gadgets is preferred, but not mandatory
