Job description

This incumbent is responsible to serve customer accounts and to deliver sales volume to meet targeted sales growth, inclusive but not limited to upselling new or existing products to existing or potential customers.

  • To proactively identify and develop win-win sales strategy with new and potential customers.
  • Prepare sales forecast, monitor sales volume and revenues for the assigned key accounts.
  • Understand customer/market needs and provide management and team with the necessary information to drive further strategy and product development.
  • Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer relation, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
  • Preparing of tenders and negotiate with key accounts to secure tenders.
  • Offer effective pricing to win new business and sustain profitable growth.
  • Co-ordinate and maintain good communication and working relationship with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese (both written and speaking) as this position requires the incumbent to liaise with Japanese-speaking customers.
