We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our business-to-business (B2B) sales initiatives, focusing on selling premium watches to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and developing sales channels across corporate gifting, retail, and partnership markets.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target SME clients for bulk and corporate purchases.
- Identify, prospect, and close deals with businesses seeking watches for employee rewards, client gifting, or resale opportunities.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a focus on sustainable growth.
- Lead negotiations and manage contract discussions with SME clients and distributors.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, including HR heads, procurement officers, and business owners.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and post‑sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop account management plans for major clients to maximize lifetime value.
Partnership Development
- Identify and manage partnerships with corporate gifting agencies, event organizers, and retail partners.
- Explore opportunities for co‑branded campaigns and distribution collaborations.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions to represent the brand and develop business leads.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with sales initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence on customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, including insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the luxury goods, accessories, or consumer products sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
