Sales Manager Recruitment
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our company’s sales growth, expanding market share, and fostering long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies and action plans to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage a sales team, including conducting regular training sessions, providing performance feedback, and creating individual development plans to enhance team members’ sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, and ensure seamless resolution of customer inquiries or concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics, then leverage these insights to refine sales approaches and identify untapped market segments.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecast revenue trends, and present data-driven insights to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making related to product positioning, pricing, and market expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales initiatives with company-wide goals, product launches, and customer experience strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: College degree or above; a major in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role (or proven leadership in sales teams) is a strong plus.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities; proficiency in sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and market analysis; familiarity with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to interpret sales data.
- Working Hours: 6 days a week, with 4 days off per month.
- Salary: 3500 (with additional performance-based bonuses available for exceeding sales quotas).
