Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the product expert during pre‑sales engagements with financial institutions, corporates, or partners
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor product demonstrations to showcase features and ROI
- Provide technical and functional product knowledge during presentations, RFPs, and client workshops
- Assist in the development of product positioning, competitive analysis, and go‑to‑market strategies
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and end‑users to ensure successful adoption
- Collect feedback from clients and sales teams to inform product development and enhancements
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings in the fintech and financial services space
- Support post‑sales implementation discussions in coordination with technical teams, ensuring smooth client onboarding
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in product specialist, pre‑sales, or business development roles within fintech, banking, or financial software industries
- Knowledge of financial products (e.g., payments, wealth management, trading platforms, lending solutions, or core banking systems)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value
- Experience with CRM tools, product demo platforms, and sales enablement tools is a plus
