Job summary
A local shoe retailer in Singapore is seeking a Sales Assistant to enhance customer service standards and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will attend to walk-in customers, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain shop display standards. This position offers a salary range of $2,200-$2,900 monthly, reflecting the importance of service quality and teamwork.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide service.
- Ensure outlet staff follow company policies.
- Maintain grooming standards in line with company image.
- Upkeep shop and display standards.
- Ensure proper grooming standards in line with company's image.
- Upkeep shop and maintain display standards.
- Ensure storeroom is maintained clean and neat.
- Ensure that merchandise & visual display adhere to HQ direction.
$2,200-$2,900
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide a high standard of customer service
- Ensure that individual and outlet targets are achieved
- Ensure adherence of outlet staff to all company policies / procedures, such as punctuality etc
- Works closely with fellow shop assistants and develop good cooperation and teamwork
- Ensure proper grooming standards which are in line with company's image at all times
- Upkeep shop and maintain display standards
- Ensure storeroom is maintained clean and neat at all times in accordance with company's guidelines/requirements
- Ensure that merchandise & visual display is adhered to HQ direction
