Description
- Responsible for driving incremental revenue for SM (Software Monetization) business and achieving sales quota in South Asia, A&Z and India.
- Managing direct, indirect sales and local partners in the same region.
- Responsible for creating, developing, and executing sales strategies for new as well as assigned account(s). Proactively participating in C-level meetings with key customers.
- This position will typically focus on selling into larger or more complex organizations. Proactively working with marketing, SE, BD and PM in identifying new business opportunities as well as expand existing accounts within large potential.
- In addition to daily sales tasks, this position needs to involve a broad range of sales related activities, including but not limited to participate and represent SM business at tradeshows, conferences, workshops, and key accounts seminars. Present our company and solution’s value to key customers and prospects, develop new business, and receive industrial trend from market and feedback to sales and product management team to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.
Missions and responsibilities
- Co-work with Field Marketing, SE, PM and BD in regional events and activities
- Drives achievement of sales objectives including sales volume, channel development and management, new business development and management of existing revenue streams.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
- Ensures that sales goals and forecasts are consistent with the organization’s long-range strategic objectives.
- Regularly visits key existing partners/customers, actively involved in the recruitment of key new partners.
Required Education / Certificate
Bachelor’s degree is required. Bachelor’s degree in Eng or IT are preferred.
Working Experience
- Has business-minded, customer-oriented, excellent communicator, a good negotiator, initiative-taking attitude, and good teamwork.
- Ideally have 8-10 years of relevant experience in business and sales position in software industry
- Experience in global company and regional responsibility are preferred.
Technical Skills
- PCs and various software applications.
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT or other AIGC apps are better.
Personnel Skills
- Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Good presentation skills
- Good motivator and influencer in teamwork
Language
- Fluent English in both oral and writing
- Spoken Chinese is preferred.
