Job Scope

• Attend to phone, walk in and online customer enquiries.

• Maintain proper product display and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Deliver excellent customer service while promoting and recommending products.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for stock availability and order delivery.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback.
• Schedule installation appointments for customers.
• Keep updated on new car models, parts, and accessories.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall store goals.
