A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a Sales Manager to lead service solution sales. The role involves managing customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring project deliverability. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Mandarin. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and internal training.
Responsible for Huawei service solution sales and new service bidding project.
Identify customer business pain points and requirements through collaboration with customers (insight into customers and installed base operations), and explore specific professional service leads and opportunities.
Understand customer pain points and requirements, explore and expand business opportunities, and design and provide service solutions that meet customer requirements.
Manage opportunity pipelines, develop customer solutions and archive agreement with customer, like order target, market target, and sales profit target)
Participate in project strategy development, bidding, and negotiation, develop and implement the fulfilment & delivery strategies, mitigate fulfilment risks, and ensure the project deliverability.
Installed base management, find customer capturing potential service renew opportunities from customers' operation, maintenance, and delivery processes to match Huawei's existing solutions.
Organize and participate in project operations of the account dept, identify project risks and issues in a timely manner, drive project progress, comply with the corporate sales process, and ensure the success of sales projects.
Bachelor's degree either in computer science, business administration, engineering or a related discipline with an information technology focus;
Be familiar with the content of the service solution, understand the customer value of the solution, and Huawei's unique competitive advantages, and be familiar with the solution delivery capability and successful project cases.
Be familiar with the structure, classification, and knowledge of IP/IT products, and be able to support quotation and sales of corresponding product services.
Participate in sales projects, be familiar with the sales operation process and pre-sales solution development, and assume the role of service bidding manager in the project.
Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new products/technologies
The candidate shall be adaptable and flexible to tasks or job scope being assigned.
Internal training on product knowledge and on-the-job training will be provided.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
