Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers to foster business growth.
• Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve personal sales targets and/or team KPIs.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Review sales performance against annual plans and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales hunting experience in Sea Freight, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality.
