Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in interior design, construction, or related fields, and a passion for design and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for project acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and maintain existing client portfolios.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to understand service offerings and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and site visits to generate leads and promote the brand.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.
  • Oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations or concerns promptly.
Requirements
