Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide a high standard of customer service
• Ensure that individual and outlet targets are achieved
• Ensure adherence of outlet staff to all company policies / procedures, such as punctuality etc
• Works closely with fellow shop assistants and develop good cooperation and teamwork
• Ensure proper grooming standards which are in line with company's image at all times
• Upkeep shop and maintain display standards
• Ensure storeroom is maintained clean and neat at all times in accordance with company's guidelines/requirements
• Ensure that merchandise & visual display is adhered to HQ direction
