Responsibilities:
- Support key seasonal campaigns via planning and execution of marketing strategies, including paid media, events, and promotions that will give outlets the opportunity to maximize sales.
- Digital marketing, customer acquisition, and social media content development
- Lead branding and marketing strategy development and implementation for a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands.
- Take the lead on communication/negotiation with department store personnel and in-store marketing by leveraging department store resources.
- Promotion Planning: Know what promotion works and be able to plan for a full-year calendar of eCommerce and retail shop events and activities to enhance the shopper experience and achieve sales targets.
- Active in sourcing for marketing partnerships with external parties for collaborations, vendor management, including liaison of PR, managing of outreach seeding programs to KOLs and our membership members.
- Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand.
- Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed.
