A technology manufacturing company based in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional in Sales and Demand Planning to consolidate forecasts and manage supply chain processes. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree and possesses 2-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing planning. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, leading S&OP cycles, and cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams to ensure supply continuity. This role offers a competitive salary up to $6000, along with additional benefits.

Salary: Basic up to $6000 + AWS
Working Hours: 5 days per week
1. Sales & Demand Planning
Consolidate sales forecasts from Sales and Marketing teams.
Review forecast accuracy and identify gaps, risks, or improvement areas.
Align demand plans with business goals and market developments.
2. Production & Supply Planning
Translate demand forecasts into production and capacity plans.
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to validate feasibility.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to ensure supply continuity.
3. Inventory & Material Planning
Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels.
Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely material availability.
Reduce excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
4. S&OP Process Management
Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, including data preparation, reviews, and updates.
Develop KPI dashboards and reports for management.
Track follow-up actions and ensure alignment across functions.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, QA, and Finance teams.
Communicate demand changes, capacity constraints, and supply risks.
Provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
2–5 years in manufacturing planning, supply chain, or production control (precision manufacturing is a plus).
Familiar with S&OP processes and ERP/MRP systems.
Strong analytical, forecasting, Excel, and reporting capabilities.
Good communication, coordination, and ability to work under tight timelines.
