Opportunity for an experienced professional with prior GMP work environment and good people management experience to join a well-established pharmaceutical facility in Singapore.

Role:

• Lead a team of warehouse assistants in materials handling activities which include but are not limited to receiving and processing of incoming materials, applying labels to materials, moving pallets, re-palletizing materials, retrieving raw materials from cold rooms, and returning raw materials to pallet positions.
• Establish standard operating procedures for warehouse operation.
• Monitor and manage inventory control.
• Oversee the daily coordination/planning for inbound and outbound activities to support smooth production execution.
• Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials to production from internal warehouse and 3PL to prevent production stoppages, including cold room or freezer materials.
• Raise materials damage reports, materials disposition authorizations, and any other documents to track the movement of inventories.
• Lead and conduct investigations for any inventory discrepancies or violations of GMP and EHS procedures.
• Lead and plan for routine cycle counting activities, which may include physical counting, count checks, count verification, and data entry of count tabulation. Ensure all inventories are properly managed.
• Ensure all documentation is handled, filed properly, and data is posted accurately in the SAP system.
• Responsible for all outbound land, sea, and air shipments. Ensure shipments are packed and stuffed on time for delivery.
• Ensure all material handling equipment such as Forklift and VNA are operated according to standard operating and safety procedures, including training of new employees.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat.
• Involve in warehouse verification and qualification of equipment and areas where applicable.
• Ensure that all tasks performed follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) principles.
• Any other duties assigned by the Superior or Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience in a GMP warehouse environment. At least 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Must have knowledge of cGMP and current Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Able to adapt to changing work schedules and hours, including overtime when required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• A willing and engaging team player as well as an independent worker, contributing positively to team efficiency.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, time management, computer literacy, and communication skills.
• Possess a valid forklift license; ideally able to operate Reach Truck and VNA will be an advantage.
• Prior experience working with SAP and MES systems is advantageous.
