A leading company is seeking a bakery quality control specialist, responsible for overseeing product quality, training teams, and refining recipes. This role requires strong experience in a bakery or kitchen setting and knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
Salary: Up to $4.8k
Location: Jurong
Working Hours:
- 7am to 4pm
- Work every 4 days, 1 day off
Key Duties:
- Ensure consistent product quality across all bakery items and outlets, aligned with company standards.
- Lead quality control steps, train staff, and mentor teams to maintain high standards in quality and presentation.
- Update and refine recipes based on trends and customer feedback to support innovation and competitiveness.
- Work with management on process improvements and assist during emergencies or staff shortages to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in a manufacturing or central kitchen setting is highly advantageous.
- Well-versed in food safety, quality control & production efficiency is preferred.
