Your Responsibilities: -

• Full responsibility for managing all finance, administration, and HR aspects, supporting the GM in implementation and collaborating with the FA Managers
• Oversee Finance (budgeting, reporting), Administration (payroll, benefits, supplies and equipment), and Human Resources (recruiting, hiring, training)
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and individual contributors
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks and KPIs are accomplished effectively and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, stakeholders, and industry partners
• Provide consistent updates demonstrating progress of KPIs, KPAs, and risk management

You will need: -

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing industry
• Possess hands-on internal audit experience
• Experience leading a small team
