At ResMed, we’re driving innovation across our Supply Chain network—and we’re looking for an A ssociate Digital Product Manager – Manufacturing Operations to help lead the way.
In this role, you will support the digital transformation product strategy for our global manufacturing network. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, maintenance, production, and management—to standardize and optimize processes, systems, and data across sites using reusable technology stacks. You’ll play a key part in aligning these initiatives with our broader Digital Supply Chain strategy to drive operational excellence.

Support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital transformation within Manufacturing Operations.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with stakeholder needs and strategic goals.
Participate in and lead workshops to gather insights and drive consensus.
Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Help standardize processes and share best practices across all global sites and factories.
Let’s Talk About You:
Required:
3–5 years of proven experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain operations.
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
Proactive and process-driven, with a strong focus on user experience and data-driven decision-making.
Hands-on experience in a supply chain function, with exposure in production or operations.
Familiar with Agile ways of working and cross-functional project delivery .
Strong communicator with experience working across global teams and stakeholders.
Comfortable using tools like Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), SharePoint, Teams, and JAMA .
Experienced in manufacturing settings, with good project management and documentation skills.
Preferred:
Experience with manufacturing equipment, IoT, data analytics, and enterprise systems (e.g., ERPs, MES).
Working knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Sisense), SQL, and data platforms like Snowflake.
