GENERAL SUMMARY

This role develops and executes marketing strategies and initiatives across South Asia (includes ASEAN countries, India & ANZ), Taiwan and South Korea, aligned with global marketing priorities. Marketing activities for South Asia are conducted in English, while marketing for South Korea & Taiwan requires managing localized activities and Korean and Chinese-language deliverables. Translation agencies may be leveraged as required. The position enhances brand visibility, drives engagement, and supports sales through targeted digital and regional marketing programs, collaborating with global and regional teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for South Asia (ASEAN, India, ANZ), Taiwan and South Korea in alignment with global objectives.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns—including web, SEO/SEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, social media, display advertising, press releases, and events—using English for South Asia and Chinese for Taiwan, and Korean-language content for South Korea (with translation agency support as needed).
  • Create and manage high-quality, localized content for digital platforms and marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance against ROAS and KPIs; identify opportunities to optimize digital and regional marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams and regional stakeholders to support sales and maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage relationships with regional vendors, including translation agencies.
  • Utilize market insights and analytics to identify regional trends and opportunities.
  • Support development of sales presentations, brand guidelines, and promotional materials.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment with global marketing and sales strategies.

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of regional or digital marketing experience with measurable results.
  • Proven experience supporting multicultural or multi-country marketing initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics, and campaign execution.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in both English, Chinese and Korean is preferred.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across global and regional teams and manage multiple priorities.
